Padel Rackets by Player Level
The fastest way to a racket that fits is to start with your level. Pick where you are — each guide shows the right shape, balance and frames for that stage, plus the mistakes to avoid.
Beginner
Just starting out
Still building your swing. The right frame is round, head-light and forgiving — it removes obstacles while you learn.

One thing that surprises most players
Racket weight barely changes between levels — almost every frame sits around 360–380 g. What actually changes as you improve is shape, balance and core hardness: from round and head-light for beginners, toward teardrop/diamond with a harder core and higher balance for advanced and professional play. That's why our level guides lead with those specs, not the number on the box.
